Our terms

These are the main terms for each service. Your full terms are set out in writing before any work starts.

Prices

These are starting prices. Your final price depends on what you need, and we agree it in writing before any work starts. We are not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to add.

Training and culture

• Workplace and manager training: half when you book, half after the session.
• School staff training: invoiced after the session, payable within 30 days.
• Policy and culture review: half when you say go, half when you get the report.
• Travel outside Cambridgeshire is charged at cost.
• Workplace and school sessions can be moved once, free, with at least 10 working days' notice.
• We are not solicitors. We recommend your legal adviser checks redrafted policies before you adopt them.

Systems and AI builds

• Audit: paid when booked. The £500 comes off any build you go ahead with, within 3 months of the date of the plan.
• Starter and Business builds: half when you say go, half when it goes live.
• Full setup: a third when you say go, a third halfway, a third when it goes live.
• Every build includes 30 days of fixes after go live, free.
• Subscriptions: 12 months minimum, then month to month.
• AI running costs up to £95 a month are included in each subscription. Above that, AI use is charged at cost plus 20%. It is charged in US dollars, as our supplier bills us, and converted to pounds at the market rate on the day we invoice.
• Software we build is licensed to you while your subscription is paid. If you buy the files instead, you own it outright, with no subscription and no support.

Your data

Your information stays yours. We only use it to run your tools. Our privacy notice explains more.
